1.	Tâ sin mim.
	Ta. Sin. Mim.
2.	Şunlar o apaçık Kitabın âyetleridir.
	These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain.
3.	Herhalde sen, inanmıyorlar diye neredeyse kendini helâk edeceksin!
	It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not.
4.	Dilesek onların üzerine gökten bir mu'cize indiririz de boyunları ona eğilir (inanırlar).
	If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it.
5.	Rahmân'dan onlara hiçbir yeni Zikir (uyarı) gelmez ki, mutlaka ondan yüz çevirici olmasınlar.
	Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it.
6.	Yalanladılar ama, alay edip durdukları şeyin haberleri, yakında kendilerine gelecektir.
	Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff.
7.	Yere bakmadılar mı orada her çeşit güzel çifti bitirmişiz?
	Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein?
8.	Şüphesiz bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanıcı değillerdir.
	Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
9.	Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur merhamet eden O'dur.
	And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.
10.	Rabbin Mûsâ'ya seslendi: "O zâlim kavme git!"
	And when thy Lord called Moses, saying: Go unto the wrong-doing folk,
11.	Fir'avn'ın kavmine. Onlar (kötülüklerden) korunmayacaklar mı?
	The folk of Pharaoh. Will they not ward off (evil)?
12.	(Mûsâ): "Rabbim, dedi, ben, onların beni yalanlayacaklarından korkuyorum."
	He said: My Lord! Lo! I fear that they will deny me,
13.	Göğsüm daralıyor, dilim açılmıyor (tutukluk yapıyor), onun için Hârûn'a da elçilik ver."
	And I shall be embarrassed, and my tongue will not speak plainly, therefore send for Aaron (to help me).
14.	Hem benim üzerimde onlara karşı işlediğim bir günâh da var (onlardan bir adam öldürmüştüm); onların beni öldürmelerinden korkuyorum.
	And they have a crime against me, so I fear that they will kill me.
15.	(Allâh): "Hayır, dedi, ikiniz de âyetlerimizle gidin, biz sizinle beraberiz, (aranızda geçecekleri) dinliyoruz."
	He said: Nay, verily. So go ye twain with Our tokens. Lo! We shall be with you, Hearing.
16.	Fir'avn'e giderek deyin ki: Biz âlemlerin Rabbinin elçisiyiz."
	And come together unto Pharaoh and say: Lo! we bear a message of the Lord of the Worlds,
17.	İsrâil oğullarını bizimle beraber gönder.
	(Saying): Let the Children of Israel go with us.
18.	(Gittiler, Allâh'ın emrini duyurdular. Fir'avn) Dedi ki: "Biz seni, içimizden bir çocuk olarak yetiştirmedik mi? Ömründe nice yıllar aramızda kalmadın mı?"
	(Pharaoh) said (unto Moses): Did we not rear thee among us as a child? And thou didst dwell many years of thy life among us,
19.	Ve sonunda o yaptığını da yaptın, sen nankörlerden birisin.
	And thou didst that thy deed which thou didst, and thou wast one of the ingrates,
20.	(Mûsâ): "Onu yaptığım zaman sapıklardan idim" dedi.
	He said: I did it then, when I was of those who are astray.
21.	Sizden korkunca aranızdan kaçtım, sonra Rabbim bana hükümdarlık verdi ve beni elçilerden yaptı
	Then I fled from you when I feared you, and my Lord vouchsafed me a command and appointed me (of the number) of those sent (by Him).
22.	O başıma kaktığın ni'met de İsrâil oğullarını köle yapman(yüzünden)dir. (Onları köle diye kullanıp erkek çocuklarını kesmeseydin, senin eline düşmezdim)
	And this is the past favour wherewith thou reproachest me: that thou hast enslaved the Children of Israel.
23.	Fir'avn dedi ki: "(Ey Mûsâ) âlemlerin Rabbi nedir?"
	Pharaoh said: And what is the Lord of the Worlds?
24.	(Mûsâ): "Göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunan her şeyin Rabbidir. Eğer gerçekten inanan kimseler iseniz (bunu anlarsınız)," dedi.
	(Moses) said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye had but sure belief.
25.	(Fir'avn): Çevresinde bulunanlara: "İşitiyor musunuz?" dedi.
	(Pharaoh) said unto those around him: Hear ye not?
26.	(Mûsâ): "O sizin de Rabbiniz, önceki atalarınızın da Rabbidir" dedi.
	He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers.
27.	(Fir'avn): "Size gönderilen bu elçiniz mutlaka delidir" dedi.
	(Pharaoh) said: Lo! your messenger who hath been sent unto you is indeed a madman!
28.	(Mûsâ): "Eğer düşünürseniz O, doğunun batının ve bunlar arasında bulunanların da Rabbidir" dedi.
	He said: Lord of the East and the West and all that is between them, if ye did but understand.
29.	(Fir'avn ey Mûsâ): "Andolsun ki benden başka tanrı edinirsen, seni mutlaka zindana atılanlardan yapacağım" dedi.
	(Pharaoh) said: If thou choosest a god other than me, I assuredly shall place thee among the prisoners.
30.	(Mûsâ, peki): "Sana (doğruluğumu) kanıtlayan apaçık bir şey getirmiş olsam da mı?" dedi.
	He said: Even though I show thee something plain?
31.	(Fir'avn): "Eğer doğrulardansan onu getir (bakalım)," dedi.
	(Pharaoh) said: Produce it then, if thou art of the truthful!
32.	(Mûsâ), asâsını attı, bir de (baktılar ki) o apaçık bir ejderha!
	Then he flung down his staff and it became a serpent manifest,
33.	Elini (koltuğunun altından) çıkardı; o da, bakanlara parıl parıl parlayan bir şey oluverdi.
	And he drew forth his hand and lo! it was white to the beholders.
34.	(Fir'avn), çevresindeki ileri gelenlere: "Bu dedi, bilgin bir büyücüdür."
	(Pharaoh) said unto the chiefs about him: Lo, this is verily a knowing wizard,
35.	Büyüsüyle sizi toprağınızdan çıkarmak istiyor. Ne buyurursunuz?
	Who would drive you out of your land by his magic. Now what counsel ye?
36.	Dediler ki: "Onu ve kardeşini eğle, kentlere toplayıcılar gönder."
	They said: Put him off, (him) and his brother, and send them into the cities summonerss
37.	Bütün bilgin büyücüleri sana getirsinler.
	Who shall bring unto thee every knowing wizard.
38.	Derken büyücüler belli bir günün belirlenen vaktinde bir araya getirildi.
	So the wizards were gathered together at a set time on a day appointed.
39.	Halka da: "Siz de toplanır mısınız?" denildi.
	And it was said unto the people: Are ye (also) gathering?
40.	Umarız ki büyücüler üstün gelirse biz de onlara uyarız.
	(They said): Aye, so that we may follow the wizards if they are the winners.
41.	Büyücüler gelince Fir'avn'e: "Eğer üstün gelenler biz olursak, bize mutlaka bir ücret var değil mi?" dediler.
	And when the wizards came they said unto Pharaoh: Will there surely be a reward for us if we are the winners?
42.	Evet dedi, hem o takdirde siz (bana) yakınlardan olacaksınız.
	He said: Aye, and ye will then surely be of those brought near (to me).
43.	Mûsâ onlara: "Atacağınızı atın!" dedi.
	Moses said unto them: Throw what ye are going to throw!
44.	İplerini ve değneklerini attılar ve "Fir'avn'ın şerefine biz, elbette biz gâlib geleceğiz" dediler.
	Then they threw down their cords and their staves and said: By Pharaoh's might, lo! we verily are the winners.
45.	Mûsâ da asâsını attı. Birden o, onların uydurduklarını yutmağa başladı.
	Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show.
46.	Derhal büyücüler secdeye kapandılar:
	And the wizards were flung prostrate,
47.	Dediler: "Âlemlerin Rabbine inandık."
	Crying: We believe in the Lord of the Worlds,
48.	Mûsâ'nın ve Hârûn'un Rabbine.
	The Lord of Moses and Aaron.
49.	(Fir'avn) dedi: "Ben size izin vermeden mi ona inandınız? O, size büyü öğreten büyüğünüzdür. Öyleyse (size ne yapacağımı) yakında bileceksiniz: Ellerinizi ve ayaklarınızı çapraz olarak keseceğim ve hepinizi asacağım!"
	(Pharaoh) said: Ye put your faith in him before I give you leave? Lo! he doubtless is your chief who taught you magic! But verily ye shall come to know. Verily I will cut off your hands and your feet alternately, and verily I will crucify you every one.
50.	Zararı yok, dediler, (nasıl olsa) biz Rabbimize döneceğiz.
	They said: It is no hurt, for lo! unto our Lord we shall return.
51. Biz ilk inananlar olduğumuz için Rabbimizin, hatâlarımızı bağışlayacağını umarız. Lo! we ardently hope that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we are the first of the believers. 52. Mûsâ'ya: "Kullarımı geceleyin (Mısır'dan çıkar), yürüt; siz takibedileceksiniz." diye vahyettik. And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 53. Fir'avn, (İsrâil oğullarının gittiğini duyunca) kentlere (asker) toplayıcılar gönderdi. Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 54. Şunlar, (şu İsrâil oğulları), az bir topluluktur dedi. (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 55. Bizi kızdırmaktadırlar. And lo! they are offenders against us. 56. Biz, ihtiyatlı, koca bir cemaatiz. And lo! we are a ready host. 57. Böylece biz onları çıkardık: bahçeler(in)den, çeşmeler(in)den. Thus did We take them away from gardens and water-springs, 58. Hazineler(in)den ve o güzel yer(lerin)den. And treasures and a fair estate. 59. Böylece bunları İsrâil oğullarına mirâs yaptık. Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 60. (Fir'avn ve adamları), güneş doğarken onların ardına düştüler. And they overtook them at sunrise. 61. İki topluluk (yaklaşıp) birbirini görünce Mûsâ'nın adamları: "İşte yakalandık!" dediler. And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 62. (Mûsâ): "Hayır, dedi, Rabbim benimle beraberdir. Bana yol gösterecektir." He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 63. Mûsâ'ya: "Değneğinle denize vur!" diye vahyettik. (Vurunca deniz) yarıldı, (on iki yol açıldı). Her bölüm, kocaman bir dağ gibi oldu. Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 64. Ötekileri de buraya yaklaştırdık (Mûsâ ve adamlarının ardından, düşmanları da bu denizde açılan yollara girdiler). Then brought We near the others to that place. 65. Mûsâ'yı ve beraberinde olanları tamamen kurtardık. And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 66. Sonra ötekilerini boğduk (Mûsâ ve adamları karaya çıkınca deniz kapandı, Fir'avn ve adamları boğuldu). We drowned the others. 67. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama çokları inanmazlar. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 68. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 69. Onlara İbrâhim'in haberini de oku: Recite unto them the story of Abraham: 70. Babasına ve kavmine: "Neye tapıyorsunuz?" demişti. When he said unto his father and his folk: What worship ye? 71. Putlara tapıyoruz, onların önünde ibâdete duruyoruz. dediler. They said: We worship idols, and are ever devoted unto them. 72. Peki, dedi, siz du'â ettiğiniz zaman onlar sizi işitiyorlar mı? He said: Do they hear you when ye cry? 73. Yahut size fayda veya zarar verebiliyorlar mı? Or do they benefit or harm you? 74. Hayır, ama babalarımızın böyle yaptıklarını gördük, (onun için biz de böyle yapıyoruz). dediler. They said: Nay, but we found our fathers acting on this wise. 75. İşte gördünüz mü neye tapıyorsunuz? dedi. He said: See now that which ye worship, 76. Siz ve eski atalarınız? Ye and your forefathers! 77. Onlar benim düşmanımdır. Yalnız âlemlerin Rabbi (benim dostumdur). Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds. 78. Beni yaratan ve bana yol gösteren O'dur. Who created me, and He doth guide me, 79. Bana yediren ve içiren O'dur. And Who feedeth me and watereth me. 80. Hastalandığım zaman bana şifâ veren O'dur. And when I sicken, then He healeth me, 81. Beni öldürecek, sonra diriltecek O'dur. And Who causeth me to die, the giveth me life (again), 82. Cezâ günü hatâmı bağışlayacağını umduğum da O'dur. And Who, I ardently hope, will forgive me my sin on the Day of Judgement. 83. Rabbim, bana hüküm (hükümdarlık, bilgi) ver ve beni Sâlihler arasına kat. My Lord! Vouchsafe me wisdom and unite me to the righteous. 84. Sonra gelenler arasında bana, bir doğruluk dili nasib eyle (sonraki nesiller arasında hayır ile anılmamı sağla)! And give unto me a good report in later generations. 85. Beni ni'met(i bol olan) cennetinin vârislerinden kıl. And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Delight, 86. "Babamı da bağışla. Çünkü o, sapıklardandır. And forgive my father. Lo! he is of those who err." 87. (Kulların) diriltilecekleri gün, beni utandırma. And abase me not on the day when they are raised, 88. O gün ki, ne mal, ne de oğullar yarar vermez. The day when wealth and sons avail not (any man) 89. Ancak Allah'a sağlam ve temiz kalb getiren (yarar görür). Save him who bringeth unto Allah a whole heart. 90. (O gün) cennet, korunanlara yaklaştırılır. And the Garden will be brought nigh for those who ward off (evil). 91. Cehennem de azgınların karşısına çıkarılır. And hell will appear plainly to the erring. 92. Onlara "Hani taptıklarınız nerede?" denilir. And it will be said unto them: Where is (all) that ye used to worshipp 93. O Allah'tan başka (taptıklarınız) size yardım ediyorlar mı, yahut kendilerine yardımları dokunuyor mu? Instead of Allah? Can they help you or help themselves? 94. Onlar ve azgınlar, tepe taklak oraya atılırlar. Then they will be hurled therein, they and the seducerss 95. İblis'in bütün askerleri de. And the hosts of Iblis, together. 96. Onlar orada (putlarıyle) çekişerek derler ki: And they will say, when they are quarrelling therein: 97. Vallahi biz apaçık bir sapıklık içinde imişiz! By Allah, of a truth we were in error manifestt 98. Çünkü sizi âlemlerin Rabbine eşit tutuyorduk. When we made you equal with the Lord of the Worlds. 99. Ama bizi saptıran o suçlulardır. It was but the guilty who misled us. 100. Şimdi artık bizim ne şefâ'atçilerimiz var, Now we have no intercessorss 101. Ne de sıcak bir dostumuz. Nor any loving friend. 102. Âh keşke bir dönüşümüz daha olsa da inananlardan olsak! Oh, that we had another turn (on earth), that we might be of the believers! 103. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanmazlar." Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers! 104. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 105. Nûh kavmi de gönderilen elçileri yalanladı. Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 106. Kardeşleri Nûh onlara: "Korunmaz mısınız?" demişti. When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 107. Ben size gönderilmiş güvenilir bir elçiyim. Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 108. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 109. Ben sizden, buna karşı bir ücret istemiyorum. Benim ücretim, yalnız âlemlerin Rabbine âittir. And I ask of you no wage therefore; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 110. Öyle ise Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 111. Dediler ki: "Sana bayağı kimseler uymuşken biz sana inanır mıyız?" They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 112. Dedi ki: "Ben onların yaptıklarını(n iç yüzünü) bilmem (ben ancak görünüşe göre hüküm veririm)." He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 113. Anlayışınız olsa, onların hesabının Rabbime âidolduğunu bilirsiniz. Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 114. Ben inananları kovacak değilim. And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 115. Ben sadece apaçık bir uyarıcıyım. I am only a plain warner. 116. Dediler: "Ey Nûh, (bu dediğinden) vazgeçmezsen mutlaka taşlananlardan olacaksın." They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 117. (Nûh): "Rabbim, dedi, kavmim beni yalanladı." He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 118. Benimle onların arasını aç (aramızda hükmet), beni ve benimle beraber bulunan mü'minleri kurtar! Therefore judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgement, and save me and those believers who are with me. 119. Biz de onu ve onunla beraber bulunanları, dolu gemi içinde kurtardık. And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 120. Sonra bunun ardından, geride kalanları boğduk. Then afterward We drowned the others. 121. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanmazlar. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 122. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo, thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 123. 'Âd (kavmi) de, gönderilen elçileri yalanladı. (The tribe of) 'Aad denied the messengers (of Allah), 124. Kardeşleri Hûd onlara: "Korunmaz mısınız?" demişti. When their brother Hud said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 125. Ben size gönderilmiş güvenilir bir elçiyim. Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 126. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. So keep your duty to Allah and obey me. 127. Ben sizden buna karşı bir ücret istemiyorum. Benim ücretim yalnız âlemlerin Rabbine âittir. And I ask of you no wage therefore; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 128. Siz her yol üzerine, (gelip geçenleri yanıltmak için) bir işâret yapıp da boş şeyle mi uğraşıyorsunuz? Build ye on every high place a monument for vain delight? 129. Belki ebedi yaşarsınız diye köşkler (ve müstahkem kaleler) ediniyorsunuz? And seek ye out strongholds, that haply ye may last for ever? 130. (Bir kavmi) yakaladığınız zaman da zorbalar gibi yakalıyorsunuz. And if ye seize by force, seize ye as tyrants? 131. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. Rather keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 132. "Size bildiğiniz ni'metleri bol bol veren(Allâh)dan korkun. Keep your duty toward Him Who hath aided you with (the good things) that ye know," 133. O size verdi: davarlar, oğullar, Hath aided you with cattle and sons. 134. Bahçeler, çeşmeler. And gardens and water-springs. 135. Doğrusu ben size büyük bir günün azâbı(nın çarpması)ndan korkuyorum. Lo! I fear for you the retribution of an awful Day. 136. Dediler ki: "Öğüt versen de, öğüt verenlerden olmasan da bizce birdir." They said: It is all one to us whether thou preachest or art not of those who preach; 137. Bu (davranışımız), sadece evvelkilerin ahlâkı(ve geleneği)dir. This is but a fable of the men of old, 138. Biz azâba uğratılacak değiliz. And we shall not be doomed. 139. (Böylece) onu yalanladılar. Biz de onları helâk ettik. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanmazlar. And they denied him; therefore We destroyed them. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 140. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo! thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 141. Semûd (kavmi) de gönderilen elçileri yalanladı: (The tribe of) Thamud denied the messengers (of Allah) 142. Kardeşleri Sâlih, onlara demişti ki: "Korunmaz mısınız?" When their brother Salih said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 143. Ben sizin için güvenilir bir elçiyim. Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 144. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. So keep your duty to Allah and obey me. 145. Ben sizden buna karşı bir ücret istemiyorum. Benim ücretim yalnız âlemlerin Rabbine âittir. And I ask of you no wage therefore; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 146. Siz burada güven içinde bırakılacağınızı mı sanıyorsunuz? Will ye be left secure in that which is here before us, 147. Böyle bahçelerde, çeşme başlarında? In gardens and water-springss 148. Ekinler ve yumuşak tomurcuklu güzel hurmalıklar arasında? And tilled fields and heavy-sheathed palm-trees, 149. Dağlardan ustalıkla evler yontuyorsunuz. Though ye hew out dwellings in the mountain, being skilful? 150. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. Therefore keep your duty to Allah and obey me, 151. O aşırıların emrine uymayın. And obey not the command of the prodigal, 152. Yeryüzünde bozgunculuk yapan, ıslah etmeyen o kimseler(in sözüyle hareket etmeyin). Who spread corruption in the earth, and reform not. 153. Dediler: Sen, iyice büyülenmişlerdensin." They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched; 154. Sen de bizim gibi bir insansın. Eğer doğrulardansan bize bir mu'cize getir. Thou art but a mortal like us. So bring some token if thou art of the truthful. 155. Dedi: "İşte bu dişi deve(mu'cize)dir. (Bir gün) onun su içme hakkı var, belli bir günün su içme hakkı da sizin." He said: (Behold) this she-camel. She hath the right to drink (at the well), and ye have the right to drink, (each) on an appointed day. 156. Sakın, ona bir kötülük dokundurmayın, sonra büyük bir günün azâbı sizi yakalar. And touch her not with ill lest there come on you the retribution of an awful Day. 157. Nihâyet onu kestiler, ama pişman oldular. But they hamstrung her, and then were penitent. 158. Ve azâb onları yakaladı. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanmazlar. So the retribution came on them. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 159. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 160. Lût (kavmi) de gönderilen elçileri yalanladı. The folk of Lot denied the messengers (of Allah), 161. Kardeşleri Lût, onlara "Korunmaz mısınız?" demişti. When their brother Lot said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 162. Ben sizin için güvenilir bir elçiyim. Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 163. Allah'tan korkun ve bana itâ'at edin. So keep your duty to Allah and obey me. 164. "Ben sizden buna karşı bir ücret istemiyorum. Benim ücretim yalnız âlemlerin Rabbine âittir. (Lût) dedi: "Ben sizin bu işinize, (kadınları bırakıp erkeklere gidişinize) kızanlardanım." He said: I am in truth of those who hate your conduct. 169. Rabbim, beni ve âilemi bunların yaptıklarından kurtar! My Lord! Save me and my household from what they do. 170. Biz de onu ve âilesini tamamen kurtardık. So We saved him and his household, every one, 171. Yalnız geride kalanlar arasında bulunan bir koca karıyı (kurtarmadık). Save an old woman among those who stayed behind. 172. Sonra ötekilerini hep yıktık, helâk ettik. Then afterward We destroyed the others. 173. Ve üzerlerine bir yağmur yağdırdık, uyarıl(ıp da yola gelmey)enlerin yağmuru hakikaten çok kötü oldu! And We rained on them a rain. And dreadful is the rain of those who have been warned. 174. Muhakkak ki bunda bir ibret vardır, ama yine çokları inanmazlar. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 175. Şüphesiz Rabbin, işte üstün O'dur, merhamet eden O'dur. And lo! thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 176. Give full measure, and be not of those who give less (than the due). 182. Doğru terâzi ile tartın. And weigh with the true balance. 183. İnsanların haklarını kısmayın. Yeryüzünde bozgunculuk yaparak karışıklık çıkarmayın. Wrong not mankind in their goods, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth. 184. "Sizi ve önceki nesilleri yaratandan korkun. And keep your duty unto Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old." 185. Dediler: "Sen iyice büyülenmişlerdensin." They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched; 186. Gâlib ve esirgeyen(Allâh)a tevekkül et. And put thy trust in the Mighty, the Merciful. 218. O, seni görür: Namaza durduğun zaman, Who seeth thee when thou standest up (to pray) 219. Ve secde edenler arasında eğilip doğrulurken. And (seeth) thine abasement among those who fall prostrate (in worship). 220. Çünkü O, işitendir, bilendir. Lo! He, only He, is the Hearer, the Knower. 221. Şeytânların kime ineceğini size haber vereyim mi? Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? 222. Onlar, her günâhkâr yalancıya inerler. They descend on every sinful, false one. 223. O yalancılar,(şeytânlara) kulak verirler, çokları da yalan söylerler. They listen eagerly, but most of them are liars. 224. Şâ'irlere gelince onlara da azgınlar uyar. As for poets, the erring follow them. 225. Baksana onlar, her vâdide şaşkın şaşkın dolaşırlar? Hast thou not seen how they stray in every valley, 226. Ve onlar yapmayacakları şeyleri söylerler. And how they say that which they do not? 227. Ancak inananlar, iyi işler yapanlar, Allâh'ı çok ananlar ve kendilerine zulmedildikten sonra (rakiplerine) üstün gelmeğe çalışanlar böyle değildir. Zulmedenler, yakında nasıl bir devrime uğrayıp devrileceklerini bileceklerdir! Save those who believe and do good works, and remember Allah much, and vindicate themselves after they have been wronged. Those who do wrong will come to know by what a (great) reverse they will be overturned! Toplam 227 Ayet.
